Quotes will be provided within 24 hours in most cases. All prices are subject to change, due to material price increases, etc. We will do all possible to inform you that pricing has changed from time of request for quote to the time an order is placed. According to industry standard, we may ship +/- 10% amount of order placed unless specified at time of order.
RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from TheSolarSupplyStore.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURNS All items purchased from TheSolarSupplyStore.com are guaranteed to be free of defects. If a product does not meet your specification upon arrival or is not exactly what you ordered, you must inform your sales contact immediately. A Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA, will be provided to you and the product will be shipped back to The Solar Supply Store, unless otherwise specified by your sales contact. All items returned must be returned under the provided RMA number. We will not accept returned merchandise without a RMA number. Additional charges might be incurred if returned products are not damaged or defective.
FRAUD We reserve the right to refuse any order and may flag an order if fraud is suspected. Further, we will prosecute any fraudulent order to the fullest extent of the law.
